On April 21, 2025, the Savannah SR aircraft became an exciting classroom for students at Dongguan Middle School SSL (Group) No.13 High School. Though the plane remained on the ground, young minds certainly took flight as they experienced their first up-close encounter with general aviation.
The event saw enthusiastic students crowding around the aircraft, eagerly taking turns to sit in the cockpit while our team explained the fundamentals of flight. What impressed us most was how both male and female students demonstrated equal passion and curiosity, with several already showing remarkable knowledge about aviation principles and expressing clear aspirations to become pilots.
This hands-on learning experience not only sparked excitement but also highlighted the growing understanding of general aviation among China’s youth. As we watched students confidently discuss aircraft controls and flight physics, we saw promising signs for the future of China’s aviation industry.
The event concluded with many students asking about pilot training programs, proving that today’s classroom curiosity can indeed become tomorrow’s career passion.
