Cloudwings General Aviation (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. and its affiliated regional entities have identified cases of unauthorized individuals and agents falsely representing themselves as official Cloudwings personnel or conducting business activities in the company’s name without written authorization.
Cloudwings emphasizes that authorized agents are permitted only to conduct product sales within agreed cooperation frameworks. Any unauthorized business negotiations, financing activities, or misuse of the Cloudwings name, branding, materials, or identity are strictly prohibited. The company reserves the right to pursue legal action against any infringement or misrepresentation.
Cloudwings also clarifies that company support for agents is limited to reasonable assistance related to product sales, including training, exhibition invitations, and factory visit arrangements. The operation, development, and financing of an agent’s own business remain entirely the responsibility of the agent. While Cloudwings may provide professional product-related support, agents are expected to independently and compliantly manage their own customer communications and sales activities. Any misuse of the Cloudwings name or identity under the claim of “insufficient support” has no factual or legal basis and will not be tolerated.

云之翼在此郑重声明，授权代理商仅可在双方约定的合作框架内开展产品销售业务。任何未经授权的商务洽谈、融资活动，或擅自使用云之翼名称、品牌、资料及相关身份信息的行为，均被严格禁止。我司保留对任何侵权、冒用及不实行为依法追究法律责任的权利。
同时，云之翼进一步明确，我司对代理商的支持仅限于与产品销售相关的合理协助，包括培训、展会邀约及工厂参观安排等。代理商自身公司的经营、发展及融资事务，均应由代理商自行负责。云之翼可提供产品相关的专业支持，但代理商应独立、合规地完成客户沟通及销售活动。任何以“支持不足”为由冒用云之翼名义或身份的行为，均不具备事实及法律依据，我司对此绝不容忍。
